…men and women have a very different perception of friendship. After a certain age, women may nurture and hold some male friends close to them because in the back of their minds, they think he’s a good candidate for a potential mate. We say “friends” but could mean “friends…with something else down the line.” When men say “friends” oftentimes they mean “friends…end of the line”. This disparity in communication can lead to gray lines, blurred vision and broken hearts.
